Terms and Conditions

Registrations are binding.

Due to the special workshop format, registrations with dance partner are preferred.

Single registrations will be handled through a waiting list until a dance partner can be assigned. Spots on the waiting list are also binding and need to be actively canceled via email in case of fading interest.

Participation or waiting list will be confirmed within 10 days after receipt of registration or availability of suitable spot/dance partner.

The organizer reserves the right to reject a registration without justification.

A confirmation of a booked spot together with the payment details will be sent via email. The invoice must be paid within 5 calendar days (latest though 3 days before workshop start). Payment secures the workshop spot.

If payment is not received after a reminder, the organizer reserves the right to offer your spot to people on the waiting list.

After confirmation of a booked spot, cancellation is excluded and no refund will be granted. Failing to pay the invoice will not be accepted as cancellation.

For best protection we suggest to take out appropriate insurance such as event or trip cancellation insurance.

Any substitutions or changes regarding a confirmed workshop pass have to be permitted by the organizers. Upon agreement, a workshop pass might be transferred to a dancer of similar dance experience and includes a handling fee of CHF 25.00. Such a transfer must be approved by the organizers first.

In case of substitution of a registration with dance partner, the assigned dance partner might be moved to the waiting list.

Adjustments are possible until 5 days before the workshop start.

Please use common sense and best sanitary practices: stay at home when sick to heal soon and protect the others. Also regularly sanitize your hands after dancing and especially before eating.

The organizer will implement any adjustments, should regulatory measurements be required.

It is not permitted to film during the workshop classes.

If instructors allow, a recap video can be recorded at the end of the class.

These recordings are for personal use only and are not to be shared and distributed online.

Taking pictures without flash and video during the evenings is allowed if following general data protection regulation.

The organizer might record the event (video, photo, audio). By being part of this event, participants agree that their photo, image, voice and/or video may be used for documentation and promotional purposes.

Unforeseen incidents can happen. Therefore, topics and programs could be subject to change.

Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. The organizer assumes no liability.

The organizer is entitled to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with effect for the future.

The place of performance and jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
